Heritage Project - Time Crossing (Audio Drama)

From late 2023 to early 2025, we produced a special audio drama tour exclusively available at royal palaces. By blending historical imagination with the spaces within the palace grounds, we crafted a variety of stories in the form of short audio dramas.

The lineup is truly diverse — from thrillers exploring mysterious incidents of the Joseon era, to horror stories rooted in legends, romance inspired by real historical figures, deeply moving tales of sorrow, and warm fairy tales perfect for children.

Thanks to this variety, we made sure that anyone, regardless of age or interests, can find something to enjoy.

What makes these audio dramas especially unique is that they are exclusive content — available only during palace tours. As a spatial audio experience meant to be enjoyed while walking through the grounds, the imagined story and the scenery before your eyes intertwine, creating an even deeper sense of immersion.

There are still themes yet to be released, and new stories will continue to be produced going forward. Some episodes have also been produced in English, so international visitors can enjoy them as well. Whether you're visiting with a foreign friend or traveling from abroad, it's sure to be an unforgettable experience.

Time Crossing - Strange Tales of Changgyeonggung

In late 2023, set against the backdrop of Changgyeonggung Palace, we crafted a series of eerie and unsettling stories, weaving together real historical events and imaginative fiction.

Special attention was given to the sound design to heighten the spine-chilling atmosphere, particularly suited for evening hours.

Time Crossing - Donggwol Jiae: Changdeokgung and Changgyeonggung

Produced in early 2025, Donggwol Jiae takes a different direction from Changgyeonggung — this theme is filled with love and poignant longing.

Time Crossing - Deoksugung: The Secret of Code Name Y

Rather than the Joseon era or earlier periods, this story is set in the modern age and touches on themes such as the independence movement.
